We also collaborate with partners to develop TransCon-based products across additional therapeutic areas and markets. We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a trusted partner to hiring leaders, you will attract and hire the right talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with colleagues across functions and support our mission of making a meaningful difference for patients You will be joining the Global HR team in Denmark, consisting of 15 colleagues, and will report directly to Tina Lorenzen, Talent Acquisition Lead, based in Hellerup. You will also be based in our Hellerup office and become part of an experienced and dedicated Talent Acquisition team. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. Guide and support hiring managers in accordance with company standards, recruitment processes, and defined roles and responsibilities. Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Manage relationships with external search partners and recruitment vendors when engaged. Contribute to continuous improvements of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working. Qualifications and Skills You hold a relevant academic degree and have 5+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition or recruitment. Experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. Furthermore, you have: Experience facilitating competency-based interviews and providing assessment feedback. Certification in one or several personality assessment tools. Experience with OPQ is an advantage but not required. Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across different business functions. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage. Key Competencies You are a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
