We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv and are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role requires a combination of intelligence, creativity, agility, and strong problem-solving and execution skills to help us identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines • Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles • Own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage • Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes across multiple functions • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the CEO, advising on talent strategy and workforce planning • Proactively reach out to passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies and AI tools Requirements • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing. • Proven natural intelligence and problem-solving of complex operational and execution tasks • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field. • Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates • Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and values • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Experience in using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
