The Opportunity:
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital part in Agoda's ability to hire the best, create a memorable interview experience, and move quickly. Sitting at the heart of a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment engine, you'll partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and business stakeholders while being a trusted point of contact for candidates interviewing with Agoda.
This role is exciting because you'll get direct exposure to the inner workings of a global recruitment team, gain visibility into large-scale hiring operations, and have real ownership over the candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.
What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll manage a high volume of interview scheduling requests within your assigned hiring team, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, professional, and memorable journey while keeping our recruiters and interviewers informed every step of the way.
Coordinate interview loops and itineraries for both local and fly-in candidates
Engage directly with candidates throughout their interview process, acting as their main point of contact and an independent consultant for a positive experience
Complete all scheduling requests on time, follow the correct process, and proactively flag any at-risk items before they become issues
Communicate promptly and professionally with recruiters, interviewers, and candidates, keeping stakeholders updated on delays and escalating concerns beyond your scope when needed
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent English & Thai language proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning database/scheduling systems, including data entry
Clear, professional communication skills for engaging with candidates and the business
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a fast-paced project and/or company
