WHAT YOU’LL DO Source candidates Find and reach out to candidates for open roles across the global market. Support interviews Help the HR Generalist screen and interview candidates for entry- and low-tier roles. Manage the pipeline Keep candidate records and statuses accurate and up to date in BambooHR. Handle recruitment admin Schedule interviews, prepare offer paperwork, and keep recruitment files organised. Coordinate communication Stay in touch with candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed at every stage. Assist the HR Generalist Take on day-to-day tasks that keep the recruitment process running smoothly. WHO YOU ARE Organised You keep track of multiple candidates and deadlines without dropping the ball. Communicative You write and speak clearly, in English, with candidates and colleagues alike. Proactive You follow up, chase answers, and show initiative. Detail-oriented You catch the small things others miss Team-minded You support the teams (HR, Hiring Managers, Leads) WHAT YOU KNOW English fluency You can read, write, and interview in English without missing a beat. Sourcing basics You know how to search for and approach candidates across different channels. Administrative skills You’re comfortable handling recruitment paperwork and routine HR tasks. Cross-functional collaboration You’ve worked alongside HR or hiring teams before, even in a junior capacity. Bonus Experience with BambooHR, or sourcing for creative and tech roles.
