We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting and support key HR functions. This role is ideal for a candidate with recruiting and HR experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and building a long-term career in Human Resources.

Talent Acquisition
• Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and workforce needs.
• Create and maintain job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Source, screen, and manage active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments.
• Partner with leaders to extend offers and manage the hiring process.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities.
• Lead onboarding efforts to ensure an exceptional new hire experience.
HR Coordination
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Set up new hires and transfers with systems access, email, phones, and other resources.
• Conduct and track exit interviews and stay interviews.
• Coordinate Manager in Training (MIT) materials and training schedules.
• Support Train-the-Trainer certification programs.
• Partner with Operations and Support Center teams to ensure training initiatives are successful.
• Provide general support to the Human Resources team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employees.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
