Job Description
1. 統籌專案生產進度，擔任客戶與工廠間之溝通窗口，確保準時達交
2. 跨部門協調業務、採購、生管及工廠，掌握產能負荷、WIP狀況與物料齊套，推動資源到位
3. 運用Excel整理生產/出貨數據、製作報表，具備數據比對與趨勢判讀力
4. 處理生產異常與交期異動，協調相關單位擬定對策，快速回應客戶需求
5. 同時多專案並行管理，具備高度抗壓與應變力，能應對急單、插單等變動
【期待特質】細心負責、主動積極發現瓶頸、具服務導向，在客戶期待與工廠可行性間取得平衡
【優先條件】具電子製造業（SMT／組裝／網通）專案管理或生管經驗者佳
