Description
LSP's client is a globally Offshore Wind Developer who are urgently looking to engage with a WTG Package Manager. The role will be responsible for the delivery of the safe and efficient transport & installation of WTGs offshore and is currently in the late development phase. Therefore, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and competencies: Experience to include: Proven experience within a developer environment or project development phase. Strong project management experience, preferably in an onshore or office-based project environment. Strong focus on the development, negotiation, and management of contracts. Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills. Experience negotiating and managing complex contractual arrangements Technical and subject matter expertise relating to: Vessels and marine operations TSA (Transportation and Installation Agreements) BIMCO contract forms Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) installation activities Offshore wind project development and execution Certifications: Hold a degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Marine Logistics, Renewable Energy or another closely related engineering or science area. Have significant demonstratable experience in the project management of the successful and safe execution of offshore wind farm projects. Have significant demonstratable experience of, and knowledge in, the transportation and installation of WTGs. Have demonstratable experience of the contracts used in offshore in offshore construction and vessel chartering.
