We are seeking a T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to work with Yasref. The role focuses on training and development (T&D) activities, including evaluating operator performance, delivering training programs, and supporting competency development across operational areas. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and flow diagrams Experience in operator evaluation, training, and competency development Ability to conduct assessments and provide performance feedback Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with operations and training teams Professional attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
