What you will be doing
• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments, including Dell storage platforms, Veeam backup solutions and Windows/Linux server environments.
• Monitor system performance, capacity and availability to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve incidents remotely, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures where possible.
• Handle service requests, user administration and access management activities.
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure platforms and related technologies.
• Configure monitoring tools and alerts to proactively detect and respond to incidents.
• Execute backup, recovery and data protection activities, ensuring business continuity requirements are met.
• Contribute to security controls, system hardening and compliance activities across managed infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, customers and service managers to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvement.
• Participate in an on-call support rota when required.
You will ideally have
• Experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments, including servers, storage and backup platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Dell storage technologies (PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax or similar).
• Experience managing Veeam Backup & Replication environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Understanding of system monitoring, performance analysis and capacity management.
• Experience with user account administration, permissions management and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with wider technical teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B1/B2 is valued but not essential.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.

• Work location in Central Lisbon , based at a client site.
• Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 .
• Initially an on-site position , with the possibility of moving to a hybrid working model in the future, depending on business needs.

Availability to participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
• Company vehicle or car allowance as part of the compensation package.
