Job Description 👨‍💻 We are looking for a System Industrialisation Expert at our Massy site, to support the rapid growth. Attached to the R&D Team , you will be responsible for: 📌 Providing expertise and tech 📌 Supporting advanced research 📌 Collaborating with cross-functional teams Main responsibilities: 📌 Reviewing and approving technical documents, both generated internally and with suppliers and customers, 📌 Leading specific activities linked with industrialisation of developments done in the lab, or supporting the technical teams developing the products, 📌 Help develop the technical expertise of the team through the writing of best practices and design guidelines, 📌 Be the reference to define test plans, validation strategies and technological roadmap linked to industrialisation, 📌 Identifying innovative technologies (algorithms, architectures, subsystems, …) or methodologies to be further studied, 📌 Mobilising resources for exploration of innovative technologies and methodologies, 📌 Representing Exotrail in seminars and forums, sharing their expertise and promoting the company’s vision and capabilities. Preferred Experience 💁‍♀️ Education: Masters’ or PhD in industrial management, production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering. 📌 Experience: 10 years in industrialisation of complex systems and subsystems. 📌 Strong experience production of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and integration and tests of complete assembly 📌 Strong experience in the tools required to industrialise a product: PLM 📌 Strong experience in structuring a process to go from the lab to products 📌 Strong technical leadership in multi-team technical meetings and a high level of agility. 📌 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with colleagues and external stakeholders in French and English (B2 min). 📌 Creativity vs unexpected technical issues (design, assembly, …) About our recruitment process 🤝 We are committed to recruiting the right people for the right job, regardless of your private background.
