Description
1 yr Contract
Onsite
Pay Rate: $6,035/mo DOE
Bilingual (English/ Korean) required
• Service Desk & Customer Support
• System Administration (Jira/MSP+/Web Systems)
• Data Analysis (Excel/KPI/Reporting)
• AI-Driven Automation & AI-assisted Development
• Continuous Process Improvement (Agile Mindset) on QA/System failure issues
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access management
• System configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalation
• Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Service Desk / Help Desk Operations
• IT Operations or Application Support
• System Administration
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.
Special Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
• Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.
• Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.
