Syracuse Build aligns local government, anchor institutions, construction employers, unions, and training providers in a coordinated network of community, training and workforce partners. Our Programs Syracuse Build adopts nationally recognized best practices and aligns with local partners to support and develop training programs. Our partnerships with employers are vital to this process as they help to identify the necessary employable skills needed for positions in construction. This ensures Syracuse Build candidates are prepared for upcoming opportunities. Our Partners Forecast and share information on upcoming projects to determine training and hiring needs Help refine training curriculum to ensure the skills taught meet industry needs and trends. Have access to the SB Network, a clearinghouse of trained qualified workers. Identify a diverse group of local skilled workforce. Support diversity and inclusion efforts.
