Swimming Teacher / Swimming Assistant – Croydon (CR0 1AX) Gold Fins Swimming is a growing STA Star Swim School based in Croydon, and we are excited to be expanding into our new venue at Rise School of Excellence (Former Old Palace School), CR0 1AX. We are currently looking for: STA or Swim England Level 1 and Level 2 Swimming Teachers Swimming Assistants (no experience required) This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and growing swim school teaching children in small classes with a maximum of 6 swimmers. The Role You will be supporting or delivering swimming lessons for children in a fun, structured and supportive environment. Our lessons focus on: Building water confidence Developing strong technique Structured progression Fun and engaging teaching Location Rise School of Excellence (Former Old Palace School) Croydon, CR0 1AX Hours Available Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 6:00pm / 7:00pm Saturday: 1:20pm to 5:00pm Flexible working patterns may be available depending on your availability. Pay £20–£30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Who We’re Looking For Swimming Teachers STA or Swim England Level 1 or Level 2 qualification Passion for teaching children Reliable, professional and enthusiastic Swimming Assistants No previous experience required Confident in the water Enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn Training and support will be provided to the right candidate. For those interested in developing further, this could be a great pathway to becoming a qualified swimming teacher.
