Swim Instructor | $22–$28/hr | Campbell, CA | Part-Time, Year-Round | Indoor Heated Pool (90°F) Sutton Swim School is a family-owned, year-round indoor swim school with a warm 90-degree pool. We're looking for fun, enthusiastic, kid-friendly people to join our team and help us continue providing high-quality swim instruction and water safety education. No swim teaching experience? No problem. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know to become a confident instructor. You'll be trained to work with students of all ages, and we'll teach you the difference between a student who passed a level and a student who can actually swim. Stroke development matters here, and so does knowing why As you grow, there are real opportunities to take on more within the school. Instructors can expand into Underwater Adventure Club, baby and toddler lessons, deck instruction, front desk support, and birthday parties. We want this to be a place where you build skills, take on new challenges, and feel part of a team doing meaningful work.
