About the Role
Due to continued growth, SwimExpert is seeking a Swimming Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This is a key role overseeing day-to-day delivery across multiple venues, supporting both SwimExpert private lessons and HydroKidz small-group programmes.
This position suits an ambitious, commercially aware and operationally strong individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality swimming programmes. You’ll play an important role in maintaining standards, supporting staff, and driving further growth across our network.
There is also scope to grow the role, with progression opportunities as we expand into additional venues and programmes.
Schedule & Working Pattern
The full-time role is based on a 40-hour-per-week contract. We are also open to part-time arrangements; however, this would require availability for a minimum of two weekdays/evenings plus Saturday coverage.
Weekday shifts typically commence between 10:00am and 12:00pm, with working hours running through to the appropriate finish time based on operational requirements.
On Saturdays, lessons begin at 8:00am, with typical start times of 7:00am or 7:30am, and the day generally running through to early afternoon.
There is a good degree of autonomy within the role. Working alongside the Director of Operations and the wider coordination team, there is flexibility in how hours are managed across the week. Where additional hours are worked on a particular day, time can be balanced by starting later or finishing earlier on another day, or otherwise adjusted within the same week. This is coordinated collaboratively to ensure operational coverage while maintaining flexibility.
