About the Role In this position, you’ll become a digital expert across a wide range of Google tools. After completing a comprehensive training program, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting businesses in improving their online presence on the world’s most used search engine Advising entrepreneurs on how to manage their reputation and be found more easily by their customers Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues or escalating complex cases as needed Promoting relevant products and services when appropriate
