Your role Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses Apply content policies consistently and accurately Assist users via  chat, email or phone  (depending on project needs) Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines
