Role Overview Evaluate outputs from generative music AI models, focusing on lyrical content, voice generation, musicality, and production quality in Swedish, while following English-language directions. Work contributes to improving model quality across genres and production styles in collaboration with a leading AI research team. Key Responsibilities • Listen to and evaluate AI-generated music samples, including lyrics and vocal generation. • Rate paired samples head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality, using audio engineering terminology. • Score the quality of musical training data used by models. • Annotate songs using a structured taxonomy, including genre and sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal and instrumental characteristics. • Write or assess lyrical music in Swedish as part of evaluation tasks. • Follow instructions provided in English and document evaluations clearly and precisely. Qualifications • At least 3+ years experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or sound mixer. • Proven understanding of musical performance, theory, and songwriting, especially lyrics. • College degree in music that includes performance, theory, and lyrics. • Past experience writing lyrical music in Swedish. • Native or near-native proficiency in both Swedish and English. Work Terms • Location: Remote. • Employment type: Hourly. • Start date: Immediate. • Duration: Up to 6 months. • Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week. Compensation Hourly pay range: 30 - 54 hourly. Eligibility • Must be able to read and evaluate material in Swedish and follow directions in English.
