In this role, you will support a broad range of sustainability initiatives across COFRA and gain hands-on experience in how sustainability is embedded into business decision-making.   This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about sustainability - but also eager to bring fresh thinking, an open mind and their own perspective to the team.   What you can achieve with us   As a Sustainable Impact Intern, you will support the team across a variety of topics, including climate, nature and biodiversity, human rights, responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, sustainability regulation and impact initiatives across the COFRA Group. Your work will contribute to how COFRA and its businesses create positive impact for people, society and the planet.   Your work may include:   Supporting climate data collection, analysis, calculation and projections across different businesses   Conducting research on climate transition plans, decarbonisation levers, sustainability trends, technologies and investments   Helping assess sustainability-related risks, impacts and opportunities, including topics linked to nature and biodiversity   Supporting research into the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, including its social and environmental implications   Screening and researching climate and nature-related investment opportunities, including carbon removal projects   Supporting the development and implementation of sustainability frameworks, policies and strategies   Contributing to COFRA’s human rights work through research, stakeholder engagement and preparation of presentations   Monitoring upcoming sustainability regulation, webinars, literature and best practices, and translating insights into clear summaries for the team   Maintaining and developing a database of ideas to further improve sustainable impact across COFRA   Supporting COFRA’s impact community by helping with knowledge sharing, content curation and coordination of community meetings   You will work mainly with the Sustainable Impact team, while also having opportunities to connect with colleagues from other teams such as Data & Analytics, Strategy, Risk Management
