Description
We’re excited to be partnered with a leading construction business that’s making sustainability a core part of how it delivers major projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Manager to drive real environmental impact, influence project strategy from concept to completion, and play a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead Sustainability Delivery – Drive sustainability performance across multiple high-profile construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Champion Carbon Reduction – Manage carbon strategies, whole-life carbon assessments and identify innovative opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
• Deliver Industry Certifications – Lead the successful delivery of BREEAM, WELL, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements.
• Influence & Collaborate – Work closely with clients, project teams, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders to embed sustainability into every stage of delivery.
• Drive Innovation – Champion new ideas, continuous improvement and best practice while supporting ambitious Net Zero and ESG objectives.

• Sustainability Expert – Well-developed technical knowledge across carbon management, sustainability strategy and green building certifications.
• Project Leader – Proven experience managing sustainability initiatives across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Excellent Communicator – Confident engaging with clients, site teams and senior leadership, translating complex sustainability requirements into practical action.
• Forward Thinker – Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and finding smarter, lower-carbon ways of delivering projects.
• Collaborative Professional – A proactive team player with a relevant degree, excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for making a lasting impact.
