Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM)
Milton Keynes

We're working with a multidisciplinary building services design consultancy, established over four decades ago, to find a BREEAM Assessor for its Milton Keynes office.
With decades of experience delivering building services design across a range of sectors, this consultancy has built a strong reputation for technical quality and long-standing client relationships. They're now looking to strengthen their sustainability offering with an experienced BREEAM Assessor.
Responsibilities:
• Managing BREEAM assessments from design stage through to post-construction
• Advising design teams on credit strategies and sustainability targets
• Liaising with clients, architects and engineers to embed BREEAM requirements into projects
• Preparing supporting evidence and documentation for BREEAM submissions
• Keeping up to date with BREEAM scheme updates and best practice
• Supporting the wider sustainability and environmental strategy across projects
About you:
• BREEAM Assessor accreditation (essential)
• Proven experience delivering BREEAM assessments on live projects
• Strong understanding of sustainable building design principles
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with multidisciplinary teams
• Organised, detail-focused approach to documentation and reporting
