The Construction Surveyor will be involved in all aspects of construction including take-offs, site setup and calibration, construction layout, as-builts and final quantity reports. The candidate must have a can-do attitude, be motivated to learn and be willing to occasionally perform other non-survey related tasks. Core Key Responsibilities Complete accurate quantity takeoffs, reviews and reconciliations Perform preliminary, construct and as-built surveys Interpret design drawings and develop survey strategies Accurate survey notes, sketches and data backup Precise installation of stake lines and survey control Distribute survey reports and manage survey data files Work together with site superintendent to Complete field survey requests, measurements, setup and configuring survey instruments including grade control machines Perform topographic surveys to document construction progress
