Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a dedicated Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Georgetown, Delaware. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated survey instrumentation and a solid understanding of construction plans and stakeout techniques. Perform boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys. Utilize robotic total stations and GPS/GNSS equipment to collect accurate survey data. Ability to work independently as a one-person robotic survey crew while coordinating with project managers and field teams . Interpret construction plans, cut sheets, and perform survey calculations. Conduct field data collection for topographic and boundary surveys.
