The role is varied, hands‑on, and centred around promoting independence, dignity and choice. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing day‑to‑day practical and emotional support • Supporting individuals with personal care in a respectful, person‑centred way • Encouraging and enabling independence and life skills • Supporting people to access community activities, appointments and social opportunities • Promoting health, wellbeing and positive outcomes • Working closely with colleagues, families and professionals • Maintaining accurate records and care documentation • Supporting individuals whose needs may include complex or challenging behaviours, using positive and proactive approaches Full training and ongoing development are provided, so previous experience is helpful but not essential.
