Support Worker Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £13.45 per hour (£15.86 overtime/bank) Hours: Full-time, Permanent (flexible shift pattern including days, evenings, nights and weekends, with every other weekend and start times between 8:00am and 10:00am, to ensure smooth service delivery. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals who enjoy active and independent lifestyles. You will play a vital role in supporting people with their daily routines and encouraging independence. Your responsibilities will include: • Building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with the individuals we support • Delivering care in line with personalised care plans and person-centred approaches • Supporting individuals with day-to-day routines and activities • Assisting with personal care when required • Encouraging independence and supporting people to achieve their personal goals • Promoting wellbeing, confidence and social inclusion • Supporting individuals to access the community and participate in activities What we're looking for • A Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or above) is desirable.
