Support Worker | Chesterfield | Days & Waking Nights | £13.00 - £13.50 PH
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join one of our established teams. This is a rewarding role focused on person-centred support, helping the individual to develop life skills, build confidence, access the community and live life on their own terms.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be patient, positive and naturally personable, with the motivation to truly make a difference. Experience in health and social care is desirable, though full training will be provided. You will be someone who brings energy and warmth to their work and understands the value of genuine, person centred support.
Shifts
Days
Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00
Waking Nights
Monday - Sunday: 20:00 - 08:00
(Shifts times may vary)
We can accommodate between 6 and 40+ hours per week. A minimum of two weekends per month is required. You will be joining a friendly, established team from day one.
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 1 year's experience in Health and Social Care
• Full, clean driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or working towards it
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to [Location]
