Your role Support Worker Day/Nights, £12.21 per hour, Bristol and North Somerset Dean Healthcare is one of the leading providers within the Health & Social Care sector throughout the region. We are currently recruiting for exceptional support workers to deliver an outstanding service & support to service users with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Working within Bristol and North Somerset & surrounding areas, assisting in the care of patients within their own home, the ideal healthcare professional will have a wealth of experience within complex care settings - this can include care of adults with multiple needs ranging from: - • Autism • Learning Disabilities • Mental Health • Neuro degenerative conditions • Epilepsy • Challenging behaviours With such a wide range of clinical needs we welcome healthcare professionals from a variety of backgrounds, from hospice & respite to community, care homes and hospital settings. Supporting service users in multiple aspects of care whilst also treating them with dignity, compassion and respect they always deserve. No two days are the same so hardworking, adaptable Support Workers with the aim to deliver nothing short of excellence is what we aim to achieve. Drivers preferred but not essential.
