Work Hours: Term Time: Weekends (flexible) & School Holidays: 08:00-11:30

About the Role:
We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a 14-year-old
girl with a severe learning disability and epilepsy. This rewarding role involves providing
both practical and emotional support, while ensuring her safety at all times. Due to
limited awareness of danger, the successful candidate must be highly vigilant and
proactive in safeguarding her wellbeing.
Key Duties:
• Providing personal care
• Administering medication
• Offering emotional support
• Supporting access to community and leisure activities, including:
• Cinema trips
• Park visits
• Swimming
• Trampolining
• Bowling
Working Hours:
• Term Time: Weekends (flexible)
• School Holidays: 08:00-11:30
Location:
• Wigton
Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS check (funded by the employer)
• Full driving licence (essential)
• Previous relevant experience (essential)
• Hold a valid first aid certificate (preferred)
