Job- Female Support Workers: Energetic and Chatty? And looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for skilled support workers, with experience Mental Health Please note we don’t offer sponsorship, and candidates must have a right to work in the UK Key Job Role Information Role – Female Support workers Location- Bury, Radcliffe Salary – £14.29 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement) Shifts – I have both day shifts and night shifts 8 am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am Expected hours – from 24 hours per week – Competent verbal and written English- Must have experience within health and social care settings Meet the person you’ll be supporting: • Meet the person • Who am I and how old am I? I’m young adult female • Likes: I love animals especially dogs and horses, I also enjoy cooking, drawing and painting. I also have an interest in history especially world war 2. • What challenges do I have? I moderate learning disabilities, I can have some challenging behaviours, I also do struggle with my Mental health. What are my aspirations? • How do I get out into my local community? Likes to walk to the local shops or get public transport • What are some of my long-term goals? To have a positive staff team who can help me to continue doing fun activities, I do want to continue to be social and continue developing my art skills. I do require some prompting to engage with activities. My team • How many people support me at one time ? I am supported on a 2:1 in the day and 2-1 of a night • What shift patterns do my team do?
