This role will play a critical role in the procure-to-pay process and in managing partnership and trading activities. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to execute purchase and sale agreements with external parties, engaging with trading partners to secure and deliver purchase commitments and monitoring performance against these commitments. What will YOU do? • Collaborate with internal and external counterparties to support trading activities, and secure timely procurement and delivery fulfillment of supply by monitoring PO status. • Reconcile volume and margin with counterparties to ensure on time payment release and avoid any supply disruptions • Assist in the preparation and review of partnership agreements, including SLAs and commercial terms • Update regularly and manage weekly reports on key performance indicators relevant to managing exposures such as counterparty exposure, credit exposure, etc • Serve as a point of contact among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply commitments and trading plans • Assist in ensuring that all trading and partnership-related documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements What will YOU need? • At least 1 year of relevant employment experience in supply chain - fresh graduates may still apply • Graduate of Engineering, Finance, or Accounting • Willing to do fieldwork as needed Department Supply Locations 22nd Floor Taipan Place About SEAOIL Philippines, Inc.
