Some of the key responsibilities of the role include
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support where required
• Assist children with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning environments
• Adapt confidently to different school routines and expectations
• Build positive relationships quickly with staff and pupils
• Maintain professionalism and reliability across all placements
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or secondary settings

The successful candidate will have
• Experience working with children (must be referenceable)
• Passion for supporting learning and pupil wellbeing
• Ability to adapt to new environments with confidence
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
• Drivers preferred due to rural school locations (not essential)
