 Job Description APEX Intercompany Order Governance: • Provide operational support to Greater Asia countries for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) placement under the Singapore Tax Principal model. • Lead and executes ad-hoc requests related to intercompany returns, claims, and inventory rebalancing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. • Monitor daily transaction reports and IDOC error logs, proactively driving resolution and providing recovery guidance to mitigate risks. • Attend escalations from stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure process reliability. • Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Support year-end financial activities, including system updates for order costing in collaboration with regional finance teams. • Maintain and update documentation such as desktop procedures, job aids, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Document and deliver training on intercompany planning processes to ensure consistent understanding and execution. Master Data Maintenance: • Ensure synchronization and accuracy of master data across planning and production systems. • Collaborate with the APEX master data team to identify material status and ensure accurate setup in accordance with the APEX model. Continuous Improvements: • Assess process gaps and improve operational efficiency and work accuracy. • Standardize and simplify transactional tasks to reduce complexity and improve scalability. • Maintain updated process maps and ensure job aids are clear, current, and aligned with best practices. Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics: • Accountable for achieving monthly APEX Key Performance Indicators: Order Accuracy, Claims processing time, IBD IDOC error processing. • Monitors performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions as required. Preferred Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Economics or any other related fields • 1-2 years working experience. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. • Good Microsoft Excel skills, Macro, analytical skills and meticulous with numbers • Business and customer oriented and a good team player • Self-starter, responsible and ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams • Good command of written and verbal English language • SAP knowledge Warum zu uns?
