What You Can Expect
Help shape the development of a high-performing supply chain organization in a dynamic greenfield environment. In this key role, you will be responsible for supply planning, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain management for medical devices while building scalable processes together with internal and external partners.
How You'll Create Impact
• Lead supply planning, procurement, and purchase-order activities in line with forecasted demand
• Manage supplier capacity, performance, quality, cost, and delivery reliability
• Establish and improve scalable planning, procurement, and inventory-management processes
• Monitor inventory levels, planning parameters, and supply-demand exceptions to reduce stockout risk
• Drive supplier reviews, support supplier qualification, and contribute to contract negotiations
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Identify process gaps, implement continuous improvements, and lead and develop the supply chain team
Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within medical devices or another regulated industry
• Experience building, developing, or transforming supply chain structures in a greenfield, start-up, site-launch, or similarly dynamic change environment
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier management
• Experience working with detailed product forecasts and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA is preferred
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
