That’s why we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations — from demand planning and procurement to inventory management, supplier performance, and production readiness. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantity and quality — enabling AI-Blox to scale production and bring cutting-edge hardware solutions to market. Your Mission 🚀 How you'll make an impact: Own the end-to-end supply chain for electronic and hardware components — from sourcing to delivery Select, negotiate, and develop suppliers, building long-term partnerships that ensure quality, competitiveness, and continuity Place and oversee purchase orders, keeping purchasing, stock, and supplier data accurate in our ERP Run MRP processes to keep material availability aligned with production planning at all times Collaborate with Sales to translate demand forecasts into procurement decisions Define inventory policies — safety stock, reorder points, min/max levels — balancing availability and working capital Anticipate and manage long lead time components through forward-buying, buffers, and component standardisation with Engineering Drive cost reduction initiatives and track total cost of ownership across the supply base Control all logistics flows — inbound, outbound, and intra-company — managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs compliance Build supply chain dashboards and reporting to provide full visibility to leadership Ensure quality compliance, structured documentation, and robust internal processes
