Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, demand planning, and supplier performance. The role ensures products and materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the optimal cost while maintaining quality standards and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. • Manage procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities. • Forecast demand and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability. • Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and waste. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. • Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Optimize warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock control procedures. • Oversee transportation and distribution to ensure timely deliveries. • Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service. • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to support business objectives. • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team. • Manage risks related to supply disruptions and develop contingency plans. • Drive process improvements through automation and best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS) is preferred. • 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations. • At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
