Responsibility: 1) Responsible to direct and coordinate and lead the supply chain teams and their related activities being aligned on company targets and KPI’s (Procurement,  Warehouse, MRP,Logistics). 2) Responsible to develop and formulate Purchasing & Procurement strategies (from purchase to supply). 3) Responsible to evaluate and develop the supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. (Supplier Quality Index). 4) Procurement cost controlling and monitoring and lead Continuous Improvements. 5) Responsible to lead and keep maintain SAP data’s (updated BOM, maintain accurate SAP data’s). 6) Responsible to assure the supply in production and helping to deal with the NC base on root cause analysis. 7) Responsible to assure the accomplishment of the Lean Manufacturing implementation in the workshops, leading the Gemba’s Walks, 5S and Visual Management indicators and KPIs owner follow up (Procurement, Supply Chain, warehousing and MRP’s). 8) Responsible to monitoring and report KPI’s in a weekly & monthly basis. 9) Provide professional support to company’s business need, secure smooth supply chain with good quality，arrive on time and delivery performance. Main job contents ： 1) Procurement & Supply Chain management teams main actives: Sourcing,Procurement & Supply Chain (MPS planning-scheduling, Warehousing and MRP’s). 2) Ownership and leadership about ERP’s (SAP) in terms of maintain, updated, improve BOM and quality of data’s input in SAP. 3) Risk Management trade-off. 4) Supplier management including supplier development, evaluation, audit and improvement. 5) Continuously cut material supplying cost to reach cost reduction target. 6) Communicate with HQ team located in Spain about the status, progress and outcomes of procurement & supply chain activities. 7) Prepare and update purchasing documents to meet the requirements of quality and safety management system. 8) Optimizes the procurement business process. 9) Make and update job descriptions for all positions in the department. 10) Conduct competency assessment for each employee, make training plan according to competency assessment, and keep training records. 11) Through communication, training, guidance, monthly timely and effective completion of assessment, team building and other ways, constantly improve the ability and cohesion of employees. Echelon of construction department. Qualifications ： Educational background: College or above with the major of Supply Chain /International Trading/ Business. Work experience : Above 5 years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain fileds. Hard skills 1) Good concept and strong knowledge in supply chain. 2) English as work language 3) Purchasing planning management 4) Have root cause analysis ability, can independently organize root cause analysis, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures. 5) Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT. 6) Strategy/Department task implementation capability. 7) Good training of subordinates and delegation ability. 8) Good business negotiation skill.
