Job Description – Summary of the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Deployment Lead to oversee the implementation of a next-generation planning tool within a major supply chain transformation project. The successful candidate will manage the deployment of supply planning processes on a global scale, ensuring smooth adoption of innovative ways of working that drive end-to-end supply chain visibility and planning synchronization. Responsibilities: • Lead the deployment of the new supply planning tool and associated processes across the global supply chain organization, including supply planning, detailed scheduling, and MRP. • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional core project team comprising experts from Operational Excellence, IT, and Program Management, as well as regional deployment teams. • Serve as the primary link between local deployment teams and the central project team, ensuring adherence to the deployment methodology. • Prepare, facilitate, and oversee all deployment activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, quality standards, and proper documentation for approval. • Manage change effectively by engaging stakeholders at tactical and operational levels, addressing issues, and coaching colleagues on system usage and process improvements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational change to embed new ways of working. • Promote stakeholder engagement and motivation, navigating trade-offs and resolving conflicts as needed. • Travel to various locations for deployment activities, providing hands-on support during the project roll-out stages. Requirements: • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. • Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand, or supply planning. • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and concepts. • Experience managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in supply chain or ERP systems. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment. • Willingness to travel internationally for deployment activities. • Leadership experience, including team management and driving engagement.
