Supplier Quality Specialist Supplier Quality Specialist required to work for a leading aerospace manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established aerospace organisation whilst being rewarded with a competitive package and long-term career opportunities. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as a Supplier Quality Specialist , performing various tasks including: • Conducting supplier audits and assessments. • Evaluating supplier compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. • Managing supplier non-conformances and corrective action requests. • Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. • Monitoring supplier quality performance and delivery metrics. • Working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. • Identifying supplier risks and implementing mitigation plans. • Supporting supplier qualification and approval activities. Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 5 years of Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Aerospace Quality experience. • Experience conducting supplier audits. • Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001. • Experience managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to travel to supplier sites as required. Desirable Requirements • Aerospace manufacturing experience. • NADCAP knowledge. • Lead Auditor certification. • SAP experience. • Six Sigma certification.
