Avec une présence dans  28 pays sur 4 continents , TRIGO accompagne ses partenaires industriels dans l’amélioration continue de leurs processus, en s’appuyant sur une expertise reconnue et des équipes engagées. • Lead supplier actual cost on-site audits for a specific commodity scope • Manage supplier cost audits, audit synthesis and related PBD based on audit results • Define and align with suppliers TPC reduction plan based on audit results and commodity benchmark • Support commodity buyers for discussion and negotiation with suppliers • Expérience significative dans le secteur automobile • Expérience confirmée dans l’industrie du câblage automobile • Expérience directe en Cost Analysis, Cost Engineering, Product Costing, Purchasing Costing ou fonctions similaires Mission: • Lead supplier actual cost on-site audits for a specific commodity scope • Apply supplier cost analyst audit procedure • Align with buyers and commodity managers about audit purpose and part scope • Prepare on-site audit with suppliers with documentation audit • Perform on-site audit • Prepare audit report, share with suppliers and buyers • Prepare PBD based on actual costs on scope aligned with buyer • Support buyer for negotiation based on audit results • Define TPC reduction plan for audited suppliers • Leverage supplier audit and benchmark to identify TPC reduction opportunities • Define and align with suppliers TPC reduction plan • Report and support buyer to confirm TPC reduction plan with each supplier • Contribute to supplier cost analyst and cost engineering referential • Lessons learnt and PDCA about supplier actual cost audit activity and coordination with stakeholders • Specific coordination with cost engineering to confirm should cost referential • Fluent in English / French • Experience in cost engineering, supplier process or cost audits, process audits and management • Frequent travelling to supplier plants, once a week • 10 years of experience in cost optimization and process production in auto industry • Leadership • Organization & planning • IT: SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot
