In this role, you will: • Oversee daily service execution, route coverage, quality control, and field support for Horticulturists servicing commercial client locations. • Manage a team of Horticulturists to deliver exceptional, sustainable interior plant care and outstanding customer service. • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are consistently met. • Partner with the Account Manager to develop and achieve individual, team, and business goals. • Foster the professional growth of your Horticultural team through coaching, mentoring, real-time feedback, and ongoing training opportunities. • Develop your financial acumen by managing service budgets, monitoring expenses, and driving operational efficiency. • Coordinate scheduling, installations, plant refreshes, inventory management, and special projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. • Identify opportunities to enhance existing client services and support business growth by partnering with the Account Manager on sales leads and service enhancements. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum of two (2) years of horticulture experience. • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. • Knowledge of interior plant care and horticultural best practices. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations. We are proud to offer a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; pet insurance; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability; a 401(k) with company match; profit sharing; paid holidays; and a paid time off program.
