We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure safe and efficient execution of works, and maintain high standards of quality and schedule adherence. Why Velox? Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of tradespeople on site to ensure timely progress and high workmanship standards. Assign tasks, monitor productivity and provide clear, practical instruction to teams. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project drawings, specifications and safety regulations. Conduct routine quality checks and report deviations to Project Management. Support planning by providing accurate progress updates, resource forecasts and highlighting potential delays. Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Mentor junior staff, promote best practices and ensure adherence to site procedures (SOP / MOP). Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction or industrial electrical projects. Background as a qualified electrician or similar trade with hands-on installation experience. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work documentation. Commitment to safety culture and practical experience enforcing safety procedures on site. Flexible and proactive approach, able to work in dynamic project environments.
