We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Supervisor, Digital - Paid Media to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Director, Digital , you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns across a portfolio of brands, driving performance and operational excellence through both strategic thinking and hands-on platform execution. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert collaborating closely with brand marketing, insights, IT, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, performance is accurately measured, and opportunities to enhance in-house media capabilities, processes, and results are continuously identified.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels (setup, quality assurance, launch, monitoring, optimization).
• Serving as the organization’s subject matter expert for paid digital media, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities, audience targeting, attribution, measurement frameworks, and optimization best practices.
• Executing and optimizing campaigns within key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, and similar tools to drive performance against defined objectives and KPI’s.
• Monitoring campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient media investment and achievement of business goals.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of paid media standards, best practices, and processes to support consistency, scalability, and operations excellence across brands and campaigns.
• Serving as a key technical resource for campaign measurement and tracking, partnering with the IT and Analytics teams to ensure accurate tagging, attribution, conversation tracking, and data integrity.
• Conducting ongoing optimization through audience insights, creative performance analysis, and bidding strategies and platform recommendations.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to align campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyzing campaign performance data and providing clear, actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and results.
• Developing and delivering insightful reporting, dashboards, and recommendations that enable stakeholders to make informed marketing and business decisions.
You have:
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or business is an asset.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital paid media, performance marketing, or media planning and buying.
• Experience managing campaigns with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert in paid media strategy, platform execution, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.
• Experience with digital tracking and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset.

Compensation Details:
$75,509.00 - $94,387.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
