Sobre el puesto: El candidato ideal es un profesional del sector alimentos que cuenta con experiencia liderando equipos operativos en planta, con enfoque en sanidad, control de plagas y cumplimiento de estándares de inocuidad. Destaca por su capacidad de análisis de causa-raíz, gestión de recursos y generación de proyectos de mejora continua y ahorro. Responsabilidades: • Supervisar las operaciones de lavadora de moldes asegurando cumplimiento del programa de producción. • Administrar y optimizar los procesos de lavandería industrial. • Coordinar y dar seguimiento al programa de Manejo Integrado de Plagas en conjunto con proveedores. • Auditar el cumplimiento de estándares de sanidad, inocuidad y calidad en las áreas a cargo. • Ejecutar análisis de causa-raíz para la resolución de desviaciones operativas. • Generar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua (Hershey Lean). • Gestionar consumibles e inventarios de productos de limpieza. • Administrar el presupuesto del área y generar requisiciones de compra. • Dar seguimiento a indicadores (KPI’s) de sanidad, control de plagas y eficiencia operativa. • Gestionar personal (nómina, incidencias, vacaciones) en SAP en coordinación con RH. • Liderar equipos operativos (hasta 100 personas). • Participar en auditorías internas, externas y regulatorias (FDA, SQF, HACCP). • Asegurar cumplimiento de programas de EHS y cultura de seguridad. Requisitos mandatorios: • Experiencia en planta de alimentos o bebidas (MANDATORIO). • Experiencia en control de plagas y programas de Manejo Integrado de Plagas. • Experiencia en lavadora de moldes y procesos de lavandería industrial. • Experiencia en generación de proyectos de ahorro (insumos, consumibles, suministros). • Experiencia en análisis de causa raíz (MANDATORIO). • Experiencia liderando equipos operativos (+3 años, idealmente de grupo grande de personas). • Experiencia total de 4 a 6 años en áreas de sanidad/calidad/producción. • Conocimiento en BPM’s, HACCP, SQF, FDA. • Conocimiento de SAP (nómina, compras, producción). • Inglés intermedio (Mnadatorio) | Avanzado (deseable). • Licenciatura en Alimentos, QFB, Ingeniería Química o afín.
