• Supervisor de Reclutamiento COLOMBIA ONLY
Recruitment Supervisor
Location: Fully Remote (Exclusively Colombia-based)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Colombia Time
Time Zone: Colombia
About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts while remaining active in the recruitment process. This role is a natural fit for a BPO supervisor ready to apply their people management and performance-driven mindset to a specialized recruitment operation.
You already know what it takes to run a team under pressure, hit metrics, and keep quality consistent across a high-volume environment. Here, you will apply those exact skills to drive candidate pipelines, manage a dedicated recruitment team, and serve as the direct point of contact between your team and the client.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Accountability: Oversee the daily execution of your recruitment team, much like managing agents on a floor, ensuring alignment with targets, SLAs, and operational protocols.
• Active Recruiting: Stay hands-on in the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for specialized positions, not just delegating.
• KPI and Result Delivery: Own your team's numbers. Track, report, and deliver on recruitment KPIs with the same accountability expected of a BPO team supervisor managing headcount and performance metrics.
• Data Management: Maintain recruitment spreadsheets and tracking tools with real-time accuracy, the equivalent of keeping your shift reports and agent scorecards clean and current.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client-facing meetings, delivering professional progress updates on pipeline status, blockers, and wins, similar to handling client calls or QA reviews in a BPO environment.
• Process Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to operational protocols, including background and police checks for all candidates, with zero exceptions.
Requirements
• Professional Experience: Proven experience supervising or coordinating teams in a BPO, call center, or high-volume operations environment. Direct recruitment experience is a plus but not required; your leadership and process management background is what matters.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working in Google Workspace (advanced spreadsheet management), Slack, and digital tracking platforms, tools you likely already use day-to-day.
• Security and Compliance: Able to handle sensitive candidate data with discretion and ensure hires meet security and compliance requirements, including government-contracting constraints.
• Analytical Skills: You know how to read a dashboard, identify what is off, and course-correct fast. Same applies here to recruitment data and team performance metrics.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for both internal team coordination and direct client interaction.
Attributes
• Detail-Oriented: You ran tight operations before; that same precision applies directly to candidate data, hiring pipelines, and deadline tracking.
• Result-Driven: You have owned a team's numbers and felt the pressure of missing a target. You do not let that happen twice.
• Proactive Leader: You spot a bottleneck before it becomes a missed deadline and you fix it without waiting to be told.
• Reliable and Consistent: You show up, you are reachable, and your team and client can count on you during business hours, no exceptions.
