Leading a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators during west coast hours, the full-time Supervisor, Centralized Services will manage daily operations, ensure team engagement, and deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with leadership on performance metrics and training initiatives. Key responsibilities • Provide daily oversight and management of a team focused on specialty pharmacy workflows • Coordinate care coordinator deployment, training, and performance management to ensure service continuity • Drive operational performance and accountability through metrics and performance reviews Required qualifications • Proven management experience in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare settings • Hands-on expertise with specialty pharmacy workflows and relevant software systems • Experience with specialty drug categories such as oncology, immunology, or neurology • Strong understanding of change management and team dynamics • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics for continuous improvement
