We are seeking a Supervisor to join our small team on Surrey Heath contract. This is a Full time position and the candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week and based at our depot in Surrey Heath. The Opportunity • Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance • Motivation and guidance of the able workforce of the Service Delivery Team • Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness • Proactively leading by example, especially in H&S issues • Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment • Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce, maintaining workforce discipline • To complete necessary daily check sheets and paperwork involved with the smooth running operations. The Person • Well organised • Skills in Grounds Maintenance Operations • Possess excellent leadership ability, enthusiasm, excellent people management and communication skills • A horticultural qualification • Good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred but not essential.
