Supermarket Store Manager – Limerick
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing supermarket operation in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall day-to-day operation of the supermarket
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance across all departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards throughout the store
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing management and colleague tea
• Ensure excellence in merchandising, store presentation and operational standards
• Manage labour budgets, productivity and overall store costs
• Monitor and drive performance across all key retail KPIs
• Ensure stock control, availability and inventory management processes are maintained
• Drive fresh food, grocery and promotional performance across the business
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety and food safety requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
About You:
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supermarket Manager or Senior Retail Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of delivering commercial and operational results
• Experience managing large teams within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong understanding of supermarket operations, fresh food and customer service
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
