Find a Job at Enerflex Business Unit: Latin America Operations Location: Plottier, AR, 8316 Travel: None Req ID: 4034 Superintendente de operaciones Resumen de la posición Esta posición será responsable de coordinar las actividades de operación y mantenimiento del lugar de trabajo asignado, así como los proyectos nuevos en el área, administrando los recursos disponibles y cumpliendo los objetivos propuestos por la Gerencia de Operaciones de Enerflex Argentina, manteniendo una excelente comunicación con los clientes. Principales responsabilidades y tareas • Mantener y optimizar los objetivos a nivel producción establecidos por el cliente • Revisar el costo administrativo y operativo del lugar. • Control de las unidades vehiculas a cargo • Revisar los informes de operaciones diarios y mensuales que envían los supervisores del área • Asistir a las reuniones internas o con clientes • Colaborar en el cumplimiento del plan de capacitacion y desarrollo de los colaboradores del área • Supervisar en conjunto con el inspector del contacto del cliente los conteos de hora de los equipos y la disponibilidad mecánica para entregar informes a los clientes. • Controlar el pedido de repuestos y fluidos, realizando su descarga en SAP • Brindar asistencia al área comercial y emitir órdenes de servicio • Informar el mantenimiento de los equipos y revisar órdenes de trabajo • Supervisar que se cumplan los procedimientos operativos y de salud, seguridad, calidad y medioambiente Requisitos • Formación: Ingeniero mecánico, eléctrico o electrónico • Experiencia: Mayor a 5 años en la posición o puesto similares (Excluyente) • Conocimiento de Paquete Office • Conocimiento de principios de compresión, teoría de válvulas, análisis de fallas • Conocimiento en mecánica de los motocompresores (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar) • Conocimiento de SAP • Conocimiento de Project • Conocimiento de AUTOCAD • Conocimientos de tratamiento de desvíos o incumplimiento de requisitos contractuales u de otro tipo (legales, normativos, de apercibimiento, etc.) • Conocimientos de Sistemas de Gestión • Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, planificación, resolución de problemas.
