Description
·     In chargeof Course specific training and impart training on Navigational / Soft skill /safety courses / OEM / Vessel Specific training to seafarers at AEMTC. ·     Development and Monitoring updates, improvements made to the courses periodically as course-in-charge. Be in communication with other AE departments, Vessel and Fleet managers for Training Needs and improvement of courses as per the overall Organizational Needs.
