As a Superintendent with a trades background and Marine or Dock Experience, we invite you to join our operations team in Vancouver, BC. This temporary role is based on a client site, and while local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply.
What would you be doing?
• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
• Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures.
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

• Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
• A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset.
• Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
• Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
